Matador Home, LLC, a Georgia company ("Matador"), makes Matador, software contractors use to send quotes to their customers and follow up on them. This page explains what information the software holds and what we do with it.
Contractors who use Matador
We keep what you enter: your business name, contact name, phone, color and settings, and the quotes you add, including your customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses, prices, scope, notes and any PDF you upload. Your private link works as your login, so keep it private.
Homeowners who get a quote
Your contractor added your details to send you a written quote. Your quote page has its own private link and is hidden from search engines. When you open it or tap something on it (book, ask about price, ask a question, say not now), we record that and pass it to your contractor.
Matador does not email or text you. Messages about your quote come from your contractor's own email or phone. To have your information removed, ask your contractor, or email us and we'll do it.
How information is used
- Only to run each contractor's quotes. We don't use one contractor's customer information for anything else, and we don't share it with other contractors.
- We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
- We use Cloudflare to host the app and store its data, and Cloudflare Workers AI to read quote text and PDFs so we can fill in a draft and translate customer questions for contractors who use Spanish.
This website
The site has no advertising trackers. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it doesn't use cookies. The app remembers a few settings in your own browser, like which email service the Email button opens.
Deleting information
Contractors can email us to delete their account and everything in it. We'll update this page whenever how we handle information changes.
